Refund Policy
I. Scope of Application
1. This policy applies to all subscription-based memberships (e.g., annual/monthly memberships) and one-time paid services (e.g., points packages) purchased through the Aitubo platform.
2. By purchasing, users are deemed to have agreed to this policy and the relevant terms in the User Service Agreement.
II. Core Refund Rules
1. Subscription-Based Services (e.g., annual/monthly memberships)
1.1 Full Refund
If the user has not logged in or used any membership benefits (e.g., points), they may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
1.2 Partial Refund
If points have been partially used (e.g., by using points or generating tasks), the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused days/points.
1.3 Refunds Not Permitted
No refunds are permitted after 7 days.
2. One-time Paid Services (e.g., points packages)
If the user has not used any points within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund is permitted. Refunds are not permitted in other circumstances.
3. Special Scenarios
In special circumstances caused by bugs, such as duplicate charges or undelivered points, refunds may be requested after verification.
III. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds
1. User-Specific Reasons
Refund requests are due to changes in personal needs (e.g., no longer requiring the service) or a lack of understanding of product features.
2. Forgotten Use
Aitubo subscription benefits reset monthly. We understand that you may be busy and forget about your active subscription. However, we cannot refund you in these circumstances. This policy is in line with industry standards and ensures fairness for all users.
IV. Refund Request Process
1. Submitting a Request:
1.1 Log in to your Aitubo account and submit a refund request through the "Feedback" page. Provide:
Subscription email address/Order number/Transaction ID
Reason for refund and relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots of system failures)
2. Refund Received:
2.1 Refunds will be made through the original payment method. Receipt time depends on the bank/third-party payment platform (usually 3-10 business days).
